4/12/2012
Morning : Shake + 500ml tea mix + 2000ml plain water
Noon : Mee goreng + telur mata kerbau
Evening : 1000ml tea mix + 1400ml plain water
Night : Shake + 500ml tea mix + 950ml plain water

Plain water : 4.35L
Tea mix : 2L

5/12/2012
Morning : Shake + 400ml tea mix + 2000ml plain water
Noon : Mee goreng + telur mata kerbau
Evening : 1000ml tea mix + 1500ml plain water
Night : Shake + 500ml tea mix + grape

Plain water : 3.5L
Tea mix : 1.9L

6/12/2012
Morning : Shake + 500ml tea mix + 2000ml plain water
Noon : Nasi berlauk + 500ml tea mix
Evening : 1500ml plain water + 1000ml tea mix
Night : Shake + 500ml tea mix + seekor ikan goreng..:)

Plain water : 3.5L
 Tea mix : 2L

Morning : Shake + 500ml tea mix + 2000ml plain water
Noon : Nasi goreng + 500ml tea mix
Evening : 1500ml plain water + 500ml tea mix + joging
Night : 500ml tea mix + shake + 500ml plain water

Plain water : 4L
Tea mix : 2L

Noon : Nasi berlauk + 500ml tea mix
Evening : 1500ml plain water + 500ml tea mix
Night : Shake + 500ml tea mix + guava + 500ml plain water

Tea mix : 1.5L

9/12/2012
Morning : Shake + honeydew + 500ml plain water
Noon : Nasi berlauk + 500ml tea mix
Evening: Joging
Night : Shake + durian + 1000ml tea mix

Plain water : 0.5L
Tea mix : 1.5L


Nampaknya kena giatkan usaha untuk minum air sebanyak 3L setiap hujung minggu. Setakat nie, belum ada lagi penurunan angka berlaku..:(
